Amberstar (Amiga) (gamerip) (1992)

Compared to Ambermoon by the same company, this sound track is quite an improvement (and was also released earlier?). One gets the occasional arpeggio (High Seas for instance and Ode to Schism) and that sour guitar instrument is greatly ameliorated to where it blends it fine. That being said, a solemn mood runs throughout this album that can get old but there is good built up and progression in many songs. The instrumentation does sound a bit midi-ish though, but there are still a number of good tracks that are worth listening to. 7.37/10.

Personal Favorites: In-Game Music, Ode To Schnism [sic], High Seas, Irish Spring, Ending Theme
