Cosmic Fantasy 4 - Ginga Shounen Densetsu (PC-Engine CD) (TurboGrafx-16) (gamerip) (1994)

This series finally found its legs! This is a pretty good album, divided between CD Audio and Turbografx synth. The Turbografx synth (tracks 1-11) plays into the console's native instrumentation quite nice to make sweet and nostalgic sounding tracks that are full of mood. The CD Audio (tracks 12-29) is also fairly good, with the generic midi-sound being much less prevelant. There are a few vocal tracks as well from the previous installment (Cosmic Fantasy 3). Track 23 in the fourth game here is 16 in the third game, with track 29 being track 17. Track 29 also has a couple really nice remixes as well in 9 and 17. Overall, good album. 8.75/10.
