There are two parts to this album: Native Turbografx-16 synth (tracks 1-15) and CD audio (16-35). The native synth is fine and an actually a better Turbografx album, but it simply pales in comparison to the PC-88 and Sega Genesis renditions of these same songs. The CD audio tracks, by contrast, are great renditions that compete with the aforementioned consoles. I'd highly recommend just listening to tracks 16-35 through (or, there's another full PC-Engine CD audio album on this site, actually). Overall: 8.5/10 for tracks 1-15, 9.5/10 for 16-35.
