This album has a slow start and can frequently plod along. However, after the first several tracks, there are some really nice sounding pieces. The overall composition frequently feels light and minimalistic but is effective. Some stuff especially sounds proto-Final Fantasy (such as Treasure of Canart). Overall, 8.5/10.
