Otoko Dama (X68000) (gamerip) (1999)

There are some fine tracks in this album and the composer is obviously talented. The best track is probably Somnabulisty, which repeatedly uses that nice shoot up in pitch that echoes and gets cut short. Other good tracks are Fascinatedg (Picks up at 1:18), Pt042mk, and Og1. Aside from that, sometimes the composer makes inharmonious bits. In the aforementioned Somnabulisty, there's a weird ring at 1:34-1:38 that just hurts the ears and Pt033mk is also just painful to listen to, with Og1tk utilizing a whiny instrumentation (against which I have a personal vendetta). That all said, the good tracks, of course, outweigh the bad. 8.5/10.
