while i praise mega man and bass for having an unmatched feeling of uninterrupted flow and speed compared to most other mega man games, I have to commend the sequel for lacking every single portion of that

Considering it is a WonderSwan game, and it is just a weird version of a different game, it makes sense that they would re-use music.
