Are you from Brazil? Some Brazilian ISPs have blocked the site's download server. A bunch of people from Brazil have messaged me about not being able to download.

You need to use a VPN to access the site.

All the files are working!
 
Yes, this game was very fun, you looked like Super Sayan with yellow hair, I had the opportunity to play its Japanese version called Tatakae Genshijin :D
