Castlevania: Aria Of Sorrow is one of the best Castlevania games I've ever played and it's a top three GBA game. It has a outstanding soundtrack, a great story, fun bosses that range from pathetically easy to really hard, the soul system is great to miss around with to find what soul set up suits you, but I don't like the large amounts of grinding for some of them if you're luck is bad. On top of that, the castle in Aria Of Sorrow is very well designed with fun enemies to fight as well as bosses with some great weapons to collect. In fact, Aria Of Sorrow is so good that I actually wanted to buy a physical cartridge of it for my GBA, but then I looked at the price for it. Thankfully, it is available on the Castlevania Advance Collection, so there is a cheap way to play it. Speaking of that, Konami needs to make that Castlevania DS Collection already:lAria of Sorrow is my favorite Castlevania game and one of the top 5 overall. The gameplay is amazing and it is graphically impressive for the GBA. It's the best out of the GBA trilogy and packs in a lot of new features. The castle is well planned out and the soul system, while having scarce enemy drops, is fun to mix and match and have a good time with. The soundtrack is amazing. If you can get past the GBA fuzziness it has some amazing tracks and themes that rival that of Symphony of the Night. Now taken the game is a bit on the easier side, especially when compared to Circle of the Moon, but it's still challenging enough. A great game with an amazing soundtrack. It's a shame the other GBA games in the series weren't as good.
