This game may be too bloated to really enjoy it (a fate that also struck Banjo-Tooie), but the soundtrack is magnificent. Instead of having one big leitmotif (like Rare's games of the time often did), this game has separate ones for each level, really giving each world more personality. Angry Aztec, Gloomy Galleon, Fungi Forest, Mad Maze Maul, K. Rool's fight, Monkey Smash, Frantic Factory's race... they're all bangers! Why do so many bad games have amazing soundtracks, and why are they all underappreciated?!
