Ow, that hurts my ears. I have this game and it’s so high pitched

This game would have so many bangers if it weren't for the pitch/odd dissonance.

I appreciate this one uses original themes instead of just covers of the original NES themes like the other 3 Game Boy Mega Mans, but holy hell, the instruments are way too loud and high pitched, it makes some tracks sound like a mess of bleeps and bloops. I think the melodies sound good on their own and even somewhat melancholic at times but those horrid Game Boy screeches really hold them back.
