For the playstation yes. The n64 didn't have enough space in the cartridge play these songs. The had these midi songs instead.

these sound a lot like the Die Hard Trilogy 2 soundtrack
and I thiiink I hear a few samples that were in Tekken 3 and Apocalypse as well... probably they all used the same sample CD when making the tracks
