Noticed that too. The thing is, I analyzed the MP3s and they look like CBR 128kbps or worse but I am pretty sure the OGG game rip quality was really good. I ripped the game at launch and the audio quality was at least comparable to MP3 VBR V0 level. Therefore I guess the person who made this had no idea how to transcode MP3s properly and massively downgraded the audio quality.
