Garou Densetsu 2 (X68000) (gamerip) (1992, 1994)

The volume oscillates seemingly randomly in these tracks. It gets especially bad after track 27, but it's present throughout. That said, I only listened to the first half because the sound changes were too distracting. But among those, London March is especially good. Tarkun and Kitapy, Pangyago Houho, Let's Go to Seoul!, and Beat the Slump!! are also decent. Overall, 7.5/10, not considering the oscillation. It might be worth trying to find these tracks without the oscillation, if they do exist.
