I personally was really pleasantly surprised by the OST of this game, so I had to track it down and upload it. 
It gives the dating sim this really crunchy, suburban-gothic vibe and the atmosphere/emotional tension needed to fear for the life of the protagonist. Fav tracks are "THE CLOSE DOOR", "Lethal Dose Chronoclasm", "AYATO", and "SCARBOROUGH FAIR ~DL MIX".
