I love this game, some of my favorite music from Zelda (besides Twilight Princess) but I don't understand why there's a sound track for the 3D remake though. The music is virtually the same in each game. But still great music!

The quality is noticeably higher on the 3D versions, the usage of binaural/stereo effects is better on them. I've just downloaded and compared both versions.
