Flash Hiders (PC-Engine CD) (TurboGrafx-16) (gamerip) (1993)

So, another PC-Engine CD album with more traditional synth and CD synth. The more traditional synth is pretty good- a bit basic, but the arrangements are good. The CD audio tracks are more mediocre. They work, but there's nothing too much there. Thery also make occasional use of voice clips, but these tend to be mumbling and not very effective (see tracks 4, 7). They do use them in a youtube-poop fashion sometimes (19, for instance). Track 23 also is a vocalized song outright and is decent enough if you like J-pop. Overall, 7.5/10.
