Family Computer (also known as Famicon or NES in the U.S) is a 8-bit system, that plays everyone's favorite game, Super Mario Bros. (not related). And Changed Special Edition is well.. a Windows game that plays as an .exe file so Online is also not correct. Even though you downloaded it off Steam, it does not play online. It plays on a Windows computer, on a separate window. I guess I'm done.
