This is a split album. Tracks 1-3 have that Turbografx synth sound that is more beepy and has that slight buzz on the bass. These tracks are great. The weakest of the bunch is Track 2, but even that one gets good if you wait long enough. Tracks 4-13 have more of a midi sound and are generally of a much lower quality. The instrumentation just kills it. Track 4 and 13 also have vocals, for better or for worse. There are still some good tracks in this second half though, albeit the general quality is much lower. Overall, I'm rating hard for Track 1 and Track 3, which are superb, but 8.4/10.

In my opinion:
Exceptional: Track 1, Track 3
Good:
Track 2 (wait for 0:49), Track 9, Track 13 (vocals)
