This is one of those soundtracks that sounds like many others, in all the best ways.
At first it had a nordic/pagan tone, then reminded me of a John Williams epic/cinematic feel that gives way GoT and LotR fantasy sensibilities. Once I realized that I loved it, I turned it up, stopped paying attention, and cooked dinner with the tracks marching merrily on.
I was mildly disappointed when I figured out that the long silence was in fact the end of the album.
