First off, I can't believe I actually found this! This is an arranged soundtrack based on Ultima III: Exodus (or Kyoufu no Exodus) for NES. While it's nothing particularly interesting in its own right, it is rather nostalgic for some people. Certainly, it is difficult to track down at all.

The soundtrack mostly consists of synth arrangements of each theme, along with a vocal arrangement of the main theme. Nothing really high quality here; just your sub-par '80s stuff. I'm sure it's worth a download if you are for some reason a big fan of the game.
