An incredible, unique and impressive OST for an equally incredible, unique and impressive game! I love the songs that use samples, like 'Moonside Swing', that's something that wasn't done very much for video game music at the time.

Wow. Every time I hear or see something about MOTHER 2 I can't help but remember how Iconic it is. Every track in this game can be easily recognized. Not only that, but they don't get stale. Take for example the Super Mario Bros. Theme, It is the most iconic song in all of gaming, yet it's extremely boring because of how Iconic it is. That is absolutely not the case for Earthbound where the popularity just adds on to how great it is. Every track is better than the last which makes it even more worth the popularity.
