Yes there is, however I couldn't do that for these files unfortunately. Using a 3DS with CFW, you can use FBI to extract the 2 files used by the Nintendo eShop for music. But since I didn't have those files I couldn't extract them in their true form since I don't currently have a 3DS with all those files

It's a more detailed process that I could explain better if I remember it, but I uploaded this like a year ago so I don't really remember the whole process but it's not super hard to do
