Power Singer - Ellance Saga #1 (PC-98) (gamerip) (1992)

The instrumentation quality is great and the arrangements are fine but most songs just have a slow tempo that makes the album drag on. It's a nice-sounding slog with some good tracks interspersed, but it needs more to balance out the slowness. 8/10.
